If you need to return an item please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase stating your full name and contact details and your reason for return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the delivered goods are deemed unsuitable, we will provide a refund and the customer will accept liability for the cost of return, provided the goods are returned to us in an unused condition with the original packaging intact.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the delivered goods are damaged or faulty we will replace them without charge or provide a full refund and we shall accept liability for the cost of return where such costs do not exceed reasonable expectations.
All made to order products, i.e. Crate Collection & Bespoke are non-refundable unless they are faulty or incorrectly made, and we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving said items.
If the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage, Crate Ideas reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.
When returning items we recommended you obtain a certificate of posting, which is free, from the post office.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
